Your Care Package

Each individual’s care package is uniquely established to take account of their very specific requirements. Here is an example of the way in which we set up a typical care package:

• We receive your enquiry regarding your support.
• Our manager will have a discussion with you or your family member or representative regarding your requirements and the services we can offer.
• If appropriate, and if you wish to provide you with support, we will arrange to visit you to undertake an assessment of care and risk assessment.
• A fully costed package will be offered following your visit from the manager. Note that our fees are based on individual needs and requirements.

At this stage, if you confirm your wish to proceed …

• We will finalise your unique care plan with your family and representatives.
• We will identify suitable support staff who will support you in line with your care plan and arrange for them to meet you.
• As soon as you confirm to us that you are happy with your support staff, your service will commence.
